A collection of 112 vinyl records each containing an episode of the Westwood One Radio Show The Lost Lennon Tapes. Each record contains a complete show. The first disc contains the show from August 14th 1989 and the last record from the collection is from December 30th 1991. Each of the discs contains, at the time of their release, previously unreleased recordings of John Lennon interviews and music. Much of the music consists of alternate takes, many of which are early takes showing Lennon’s creative process. The Lost Lennon Tapes was an ambitious project initiated by Yoko Ono to bring these rare interviews and recordings to the public.
