A cream robe which was previously owned by Freddie Mercury. The front and back panels feature dragons embroidered in yellow, red, blue and green. A belt is stitched to the centre back.

No size label is present but the robe measures 66cm (26 inches) armpit to armpit and 139cm (54.6 inches) from the back of the neck to the hem. There is a 2.5cm split to the left underarm seam and a 7cm split to the binding at the back of the neck along with some fraying to the fabric. There is fraying and tearing to the ties. There is staining and discolouration to various areas of the robe. The condition is good.

Provenance: previously sold as part of lot 1132 from the Freddie Mercury: A World Of His Own, In Love With Japan sale held at Sotheby's, New Bond Street, London on the 11th September. This item is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity on Tracks Ltd. letterhead stating the above and a tag from the auction.
