An original Marquee Martin Agency Ltd contract between Eaglebrae Ltd. and Roy Flynn dated the 8th May 1969 for a performance by Yes at the Midnight Court, Lyceum, London on the 16th May 1969. It has been signed by an Eaglebrae Ltd representative at the bottom in black ink.

The contract measures 20.3cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). It has previously been folded leaving horizontal crease lines and three holes have been punched along the left edge. There is tearing to two of the holes. The condition is very good minus.
