An original Marquee Martin Agency Ltd contract between John Macoy and Roy Flynn dated the 27th June 1969 for a performance by Yes at the Kirkleavington Country Club on the 13th September 1969. It has been signed by a representative for John Macoy at the bottom in blue ink.

The contract measures 20.3cm x 33cm (8 inches x 13 inches). It has previously been folded leaving horizontal crease lines and two holes have been punched along the left edge. The condition is very good minus.
