An original sixties black and white photograph of John Lennon and Yoko Ono in October 1968. The image is an outtake for the couple’s album ‘Unfinished Music No 1: Two Virgins’ and features John and Yoko nude holding a strategically placed copy of The Times Business News. The couple had Apple employee Tony Bramwell set up a time delay camera at 34 Montague Square to capture images for the album cover. There is a copyright stamp on the reverse and there was previously a typed caption but most of this has been torn off.
The photograph measures 26.25cm x 38cm (10.5 inches x 15 inches). There is creasing and wear to the corners. The condition is very good minus.
