An original sixties colour photograph of John Lennon taken by Linda McCartney during recording for the album ‘Abbey Road’ at EMI Studios on the 8th August 1969. Earlier in the day The Beatles had a photo shoot with Iain Macmillan outside the studios for the cover of the ‘Abbey Road’ album.
The photograph measures 9cm x 12.5cm (3.5 inches x 5 inches). There is a vertical crease toward the left side along with an ink stain to the bottom edge. There is some wear to the corners. The condition is very good.
