An original Sam Coplin Theatrical Enterprises contract dated the 1st September 1967 for a performance by Otis Redding and The Bar-Kays at the Ridglea Country Club, Fort Worth, Texas on the 10th November 1967. The concert took place just a month before Otis passed away on the 10th December. The contract has been signed by Otis at the bottom in black ink. Also included is a payment receipt dated 29th September 1967.

The contract measures 21.5cm x 27.5cm (8.5 inches x 10.8 inches). There are rust stains to the left edge of the contract and top left corner of the receipt. There is tearing to the top left corner of the contract. The condition is very good minus.
