Paul Cook Owned Film of Sex Pistols Interviews & Performances (UK)

A reel of 16mm film previously owned by Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cook. It appears Paul has filmed a TV showing the interviews and performances listed below.
The famous Bill Grundy interview on the Today show which took place on the 1st December 1966 and shocked the nation as the Sex Pistols swore on live TV prompting hundreds of complaints. Queen had been billed to appear but due to an issue with Freddie Mercury’s teeth they couldn’t attend so EMI decided to send their newest group, the Sex Pistols.
The Sex Pistols performance on a TV show with Janet Street Porter at the Notre Dame Meeting Hall, London on the 15th November 1976.
The Sex Pistols performance on ‘So It Goes’ on the 4th September 1976.
Throughout the film various notes are held up with handwritten notes on them. A snippet of the film can be viewed here.
Provenance: this was Paul Cook’s personal property. Accompanying the tape are reference sheets used when the film was developed by Humphries Film Laboratories, dated the 31st March 1977 they are marked for the attention of P Cook.
The film is housed in a cannister which measures 18cm (7 inches) in diameter. The visual condition of the tape is very good plus.
