A drum stick used on stage by Ian Dury and The Blockheads' Charlie Charles during a performance at the Apollo, Manchester. Charlie's name is printed on the drum stick.

The drum stick measures 43cm (16.7 inches) in length. There are signs of heavy use and wear and tape has been wrapped around the upper portion. The condition is very good minus.

Provenance: accompanied by a letter from a person who attended the concert confirming the drum stick was obtained at an Ian Dury and The Blockheads performance at the Apollo, Manchester.
