A pair of tartan flared trousers which were previously owned and worn by Marc Bolan. They were made by Alkasura Clothing Limited and their label is present on the inside of the waistband.

No size is present but the trousers measure 81.5cm (32 inches) around the waist and the inside leg measures 79cm (31 inches). There is some glue residue on the bottom of the legs from where the trousers were previously mounted for framing. The condition is very good.

Provenance: obtained through the Official Marc Bolan Fan Club and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity confirming this. Also included are several photographs of Marc wearing the trousers at various photo shoots and a copy of the original letter from the fan club detailing items available for purchase at auction.
