A sheet of notepaper taken from a promotional ‘Something Out Of The Ordinary’ Elektra notepad on which Freddie Mercury has handwritten various notes in pencil. They relate to the recording and mixing of Queen's 1974 'Sheer Heart Attack' album and list various dates at Trident Studios, AIR Studios and Wessex Studios. The mixing of the album took place at Trident Studios between the 16th and 20th September, two backing tracks and some guitar overdubs were recorded at AIR Studios between the 16th and 21st September and the majority of the overdubs and one backing track were recorded at Wessex Studios between the 20th and 27th September. As all these dates overlapped the group hired a driver to deliver tapes from the Wessex and AIR Studios to Trident Studios.
The sheet of notepaper measures 14.5cm x 21.8cm (5.7 inches x 8.5 inches). There are light creases to the top and bottom right corners. The condition is very good plus.
