A one page typed memorandum that was sent by Ringo Starr on 20th July 1981 to his staff regarding the Royal Wedding of Charles and Diana. The memorandum reads:

‘I have the pleasure in announcing that I am in complete agreement with H.R.H. The Queen that the 29th July should be deemed a holiday for all staff. R.S.’

Ringo has hand initialled the memorandum ‘R + B.’ at the bottom.

The memorandum measures 21cm x 29.5cm (8.2 inches x 11.6 inches). The condition is very good plus.
