The flyer measures 16.4cm x 20.2cm (6.5 inches x 8 inches). It has previously been folded leaving horizontal and vertical crease lines. There is a 2.8cm tear to the right edge of one of the creases and a 0.7cm tear further down on the right edge. There are some other creases. The condition is very good minus.
