Two ring bound folders containing various information relating to Emile Ford and The Checkmates. Consists of a very large collection of original documents, programmes, photocopies, newspaper and magazine clippings relating to the group. Emile Ford and The Checkmates appeared a number of times with The Beatles early in their career.

The files measure 27cm x 32cm (10.6 inches x 12.6 inches). Both files together weigh 5.8kg. The condition is very good.
