A typed letter dated the 26th November 1976 which was sent to Jeff Mont at Robert Stigwood Organisation. It lists a number of damages which were caused by Eric Clapton when the Robert Stigwood Organisation subleased Sheila MacRae's house. Also included is a typed copy of a response dated the 9th December 1974 regarding the letter and advising to ‘agree a figure and re-charge to Eric Clapton’.

The larger letter measures 21cm x 29.7cm (8.2 inches x 11.7 inches). There are some creases to the letter. The condition is very good.
