A collection of The Smiths items including seven CDs, various concert passes and VIP passes from the 1980s, twenty four postcards and a ‘The Queen Is Dead’ badge. Also included is a ‘The Queen Is Dead’ grey t-shirt with the album art work printed on the front. Accompanying The Smiths items are a collection of credit cards, shop club cards and a driving license card previously belonging to Mark Cosby.
Provenance: from the estate of Mark Cosby, a drum roadie and technician who worked on various tours with The Smiths.
The t-shirt measures 50cm (19.6 inches) from armpit to armpit and 66cm (25.9 inches) from the back of the neck to the hem. It is a size large. The material is lightly worn. The condition is very good.
The postcards measure 10.5cm x 15cm (4.1 inches x 5.9 inches). There is some light wear to the corners and small marks. The condition is very good.
The largest pass measures 7cm x 11.5cm (2.7 inches x 4.5 inches). Most of the passes are laminated. There is wear to the edges and corners. The condition is very good.
