A card created by a class at Osidge Primary School to thank their teacher, Miss Pailin, for being their teacher. It bears various self portraits drawn by the class, on the reverse there is a drawing by Amy Winehouse who attended the school. The drawing is accompanied by three photographs of the class in which Amy is included.

The card measures 26cm x 32cm (10 inches x 10.5 inches). There is creasing to the card. The condition is very good.

Provenance: obtained from a friend of the teacher mentioned above and accompanied by a letter from teacher Miss Pailin which reads: ‘The card to me from a school in Southgate North London where I did teaching practice (1988/1989?) when Amy was 5 or 6. Also on the card is her best friend Lauren.’
