A model kit which was produced by Factory Records in 1990. The kit was originally designed by Trevor Johnson and produced for Christmas in 1983 in a limited edition of 400. This version was re-issued in 1990 with an altered obi in an edition of 500 and was sold at the short-lived FAC 281 The Area store housed in Affleck’s Palace, Manchester. The kit consists of 5 cards with metallic backs that form a cut-out of The Hacienda.

The cards measure 21cm x 29.7cm (8.2 inches x 11.7 inches). There is minor tape residue to the front of the obi and discolouration to the tape on the reverse. The condition is near mint.
